Made from plums and matured in oak for more than twelve years, it offers a deeper, more contemplative expression of the Komitska name. The XO designation marks the patience behind this release: time has been allowed to give the spirit its own distinctive character.
Oak ageing lends an amber glow and layers of warmth to the fruit-led spirit. The plum remains at its heart, while the long rest in wood brings depth and a lingering finish. It is a rakija to discover slowly, with each sip revealing another side of its character.
